Laura Warren, the founder of Elite Yoga and Elite Living Nutrition, is a multi-award-winning Naturopathic Nutritionist, Practitioner, and Yoga Teacher living in the pretty village of Inistioge, Co. Kilkenny. Laura has over twenty years of combined experience in the nutrition, beauty & fitness industry. Her passion for wellness began as a personal journey and evolved into a mission to empower others through yoga and nutrition.
With advanced diplomas in yoga and expertise in customised nutrition plans, Laura is also renowned as a Menopause and weight loss expert. She combines her skills to help individuals navigate life transitions with confidence and balance.
